True Mediterranean Experience

Truva Turkish Kitchen owner Muzo Saritas is excited to announce that his authentic Mediterranean dining concept is now open in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta. John Lay of Innerworks Design Group created the modern Mediterranean décor utilizing roomy booths, warm lighting and a vibrant color palette to convey a comfortable and welcoming ambiance for both locations. Semi-private areas are also available for special functions and includes a large bar and lounge area with sofas and plentiful niche seating.

Like the original restaurant in downtown Atlanta, Truva Highland features traditional Turkish cuisine in a beautiful, vibrant setting that is ideal for families, business luncheons or business dinners as well as date nights. Helping fully immerse guests in the culture of Turkey is executive chef Sehmus Gultekin. Gultekin also was born in Turkey and brings the authentic recipes and bold flavors of his native country to Atlanta. The restaurant’s lunch and dinner menus feature a selection of cold and hot meze, salads, chargrilled kebabs and entrée specialties. The lunch menu also includes a selection of sandwiches. Truva has an extensive variety of vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes. One of the best-known Turkish dishes is kebabs. Here at Truva, we serve a delicious beef tenderloin kebab with Turkish-style rice and grilled tomatoes that will have you coming back for more! Truva’s beverage program features a well-rounded, extensive wine list with varietals from all over the world, as well as an extensive cocktail selection to complement Gultekin’s menus.
